Our recruitment team is currently looking for a new colleague: Internal Junior Recruiter with limited contract for 1 year with the possibility of extension for indefinite period.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing the overall recruitment process from advertising the job, through initial screening candidates up to offer negotiation (entry level IT roles + non-IT roles)
• Successful collaboration with all levels of management of IT Services
• Using sourcing tools such as advertisements, referrals, agencies, social media, direct search and your own channels
• Guiding internal and external candidates throughout the selection process
• Administrating internal recruitment systems and tools
What you will need to be successful:
• Your interest in recruitment!
• Problem-solving skills
• Advanced English (because you will use the language every day)
• Fluent Czech/Slovak is a must
• Knowledge of MS Office package
What would be your extra points:
• Experience in IT recruitment (from the corporate or recruitment agency) is a big plus
• Knowledge of sourcing candidates is advantage
