System Support Specialist-Antivirus


About the role:

Would you like to be part of DHL IT Services? Our Infrastructure Operations team is looking for a new team member.
You will be Subject Matter Expert for 2nd level Application Support for large Enterprise Desktop Antivirus technologies. You will be the driver for complex technical solutions on improving AV compliance and its automation. You will provide architectural input and work closely with line managers to develop technical team members. Additionally, you will effectively manage maximum availability and minimize disruption to the Global Personal Work Space services and ensure that all agreed targets; SLA's and Metrics are met.

What you will do:

•Next-level support for Antivirus / Endpoint Protection solution with support teams
•Analyze Incident and Problem ticket trends
•Participate in continuous improvements to endpoint compliance
•Coordinate Requests for Change and fulfillment requests
•Maintain infrastructure components providing Antivirus service
•Support for Antivirus incidents (low volume on call rotation)

•Enterprise Antivirus / Endpoint Protection - (Symantec/Broadcom/Microsoft)
•Windows 10 – endpoint workstations
•Server 2012/2016 – infrastructure servers
•Global ServiceNow – ticketing / CMDB / records system
•Microsoft Office – productivity software

You should have:

You should have:
•Understanding of Antivirus / Firewall / Endpoint Protection concepts
•Windows 10 skills with administrator or power-user mindset
•Experience with software, services, scripts, troubleshooting, problem-solving
•Basic use of productivity tools – Excel, Powerpoint, etc
•Fluency in English for daily communication
•Interest to grow skills through training (SQL, 365, etc)
•Motivation to work in a global environment
