Senior System Support Specialist - Microsoft Endpoint


About the role:

Our Digital Workspace Services Platform team is looking for a new team member!
You will be Technical Expert for 3rd level Support for large Enterprise Digital Workspace Technologies and Services. You will be the driver for complex technical solutions on improving system compliance and its automation. Additionally, you will effectively manage maximum availability and minimize disruption to the Global Personal Workspace services and ensure that all agreed targets; SLA's and Metrics are met.
Our goal is to ensure that the organization has the right knowledge and capabilities to deliver 3rd level support for infrastructure, keeping the infrastructure up and running 24x7x365

What will you do:

• Managing the Digital Workspace Services Platform involves solution like MeM (SCCM) / Intune / Adaptiva / AD & GPO
• Provide support for numerous core Microsoft systems & enterprise infrastructure technologies
• Support Incident, Problem and Change Management process
• Maintain and Monitor Microsoft Endpoint Manager infrastructure
• Support Calls for critical incident handling

Application you will use::

• Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Adaptiva
• Intune / Azure

What you should have:

• Advanced knowledge of:
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM)
- Scripting (Powershell, VBS)
- Deployment optimization and peer optimization solutions like Adaptiva
• Familiarity with Windows & SQL Server Administration + (DNS, DHCP, Windows Server)
• Experience with SCCM application management, software updates, application metering and operating system deployment (task sequences)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit / OSD
• Windows Desktop application deployment experience using SCCM / Intune
• Understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO and DNS
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience with Incident and Problem ticket analysis and trend analysis
• ITIL Process knowledge
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
