What you will do:

Act as a subject matter expert for Desktop, Application and Mobile Device related Directory Services operation support, design and implementation.

Plan, enroll, manage and troubleshoot Windows and Mobile device configuration and compliance policies via both Directory Services and Cloud-native management for desktop systems, applications and mobile devices, mainly focused to transition towards the modern management systems and solutions.

Prepare detailed implementation plans and assign work packages for support teams responsible for testing and implementation phases of complex projects.
Support implementations of changes, upgrades and extensions.

Communicate with regional customer representatives and support teams in countries, collecting requirements, assessing impact of negotiated implementation options. Work on request fulfilment and incident management of service requests queues.

Understand processes, status, progress and trends of capacity management for infrastructure components, storage, licenses.
Document procedures and prepare guidelines for support teams.

Systems and applications you will use:

•Microsoft Active Directory tools
•Set of internal portals and Admin application
•Azure Active Directory portals
•Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security Device Management suite consoles

Processes to manage and to support:

•Provide technical expertise to resolve third level technical support issues and ensure all escalations are successfully resolved and all emergency fixes and changes appropriately documented
•Contribute to design and implementation of all solutions, operating systems, databases and middleware infrastructure services
•Plan and manage design and implementation of infrastructure improvement activities such as virtualization, cloud based solution migrations
•Provide guidelines and working instructions to colleagues and support teams
•Align and apply with service and infrastructure standards provided by the organization

You should have:

•Strong skills, technical knowledge and experience of deploying, configuring and troubleshooting of Windows Client OS devices
•Experience with configuring desktop systems and applications using Directory Services, Active Directory or similar desktop management system
•Strong communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task to achieve goals and deadlines
