Senior Support Specialist–Autopilot/Driver & BIOS management


This Senior System Support Specialist role in the Digital Workspace Services department provides strong proactive and reactive consultation and support of Windows 10 and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) with primary focus on Autopilot, driver and BIOS management.

What you will do:

•Work as the main technical expert for Autopilot, Driver & BIOS management over Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
•Contribute to the design, development and support for Autopilot, Driver & BIOS management. Drive the global adaption of the technical standards and processes
•Provide advanced technical expertise for development, technical change management and operations for more than 250k machines worldwide
•Infrastructure Problem Management - provide 3rd level problem management support for end-user computing back-end infrastructure and Desktop products
•Participate in global virtual teams with architecture, engineering and operation teams enabling the on-boarding of new product/technologies to improve infrastructure supporting the global strategy

You should have:

•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) including deployment, servicing and related Hardware maintenance tasks (driver & BIOS management)
•Troubleshooting various issues, diagnose problems in MEM and Microsoft Windows 10
•Advanced experience with Autopilot/Intune management in the large enterprises
•Optionally scripting skills (preferably MS PowerShell)
•Strong technical and non-technical communication skills both written & spoken (English)
