Senior Integration Manager

About the role:

We are currently looking for a motivated colleague who will manage projects from customer integration portfolio, such as build of large A2A integrations or build of complex integration platform infrastructure components. As the Senior Integration Manager, you will lead the solution design creation, based and business requirements clarification. You will also manage all stages (initiation, execution, closure) and take responsibility in all PM areas (time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, and procurement). You will ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed time, scope, budget, quality and resource requirements.

Your work:

• Create solution design, together with team of analysts
• Develop detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates and resource plans
• Manage expectations of all stakeholders as well as changing scope and project acceptance criteria
• Execute project and provide status reporting on all levels, typically N-3 and higher
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations

You should have:

• Min 5 years of experience in international logistics business
• Min 5 years of project management experience in IT – system integrations development and infrastructure build (large scale, HA and DR systems)
• People leadership skills - capability to drive and motivate staff to meet project deliverables, ability to manage global delivery team working in multiple time zones.
• Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills, in order to define project scope and delivery requirements
• Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence and high quality
