About the role:

Responsible for 2 areas in the team: driving time-critical activities and cover also the communications and marketing area.
Time-critical activities cover cross-Solution Support tasks that need to be delivered in defined timeframe. Example of those are: Patching of critical components, Major changes.
Communications area cover the creation of communications plan, improving marketing of departmental activities, finding the best practices for communications within large technical department.

Your daily tasks:

• Drive time-critical activities for Solution Support, i.e. establish the process, set responsibilities and drive the implementation by involving various stakeholder groups
• Collaborate with different teams on getting the proper data required for the actions
• Manage and control the data for better overview of the task and the progress
• Regularly report back the progress to Solution Support management
• Lead great level of communication with various target groups
• Identify improvement opportunities in handling such time-critical requests, and, potentially, deliver them upon the alignment with management
• Manage the communications/marketing area starting with identification of the needs in the area
• Set up best practices in terms of the content, channels and working with the target groups
• Communicate departmental successes

Your skills:

• Stakeholder management (incl. Senior Mgmt.)
• Passion/interest in Communications/Marketing area
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, ability to work independently, self-motivation and self-confidence
• Good data analysis skills
• At least 3 years of IT experience
• Results oriented personality, strong team player
• Good level of organizational knowledge
• University Degree
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Collaborate and communicate well with various types of stakeholders (Senior people and support staff)
• Prioritize and focus on value-added activities
• Transform data into information and knowledge
• Work under pressure and manage it
