Job Purpose: Act as the PMO Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, working with strong cooperation with Project and Implementation Managers to ensure the high-quality standards. This role is required to support the regional Project Delivery agenda, delivery of regional and global targets. Working in conjunction with Operations Excellence colleagues to meet business planning and analytic needs. Accountabilities: * Develops a high level of understanding of DHL's Project Management function in the Company, encourages and governs the use of the DePICT® and O2D Methodology * Actively supports the Project & Implementation Managers on assigned projects as indicated in the main accountability section and represents the Project Management Office function in a governance and oversight capacity to ensure standards are complied with * Conducts frequent Project Assurance audits as well a post Go Live onsite BASIC's audit (within the first month after go-live) and reports the findings to the Project & Implementation Manager, Project Delivery Lead, Project Owner, Project Sponsor, Ops Ex Lead as well as the Regional Project Delivery team * Provides reports and analysis to Senior Level Management on the ongoing status of projects including clear improvement recommendations for all areas of governance and compliance or high probability/impact issues and risks which might be left unattended * Delivers Training and guidance to the Project Teams, Sponsor, Owner, Project & Implementation Managers, and broader PD community on all Depict, O2D and Planview matters * Acts as the SME to the Region in the use of the Planview Tool, participating in the PV Working Groups and representing the Region on the PV Change Control Board * Manages the collation and reporting of KPI's and management information and its onward distribution to key stakeholders in line with agreed timelines * Actively supports the PD Lead and OPS Excellence function in the delivery of strategic initiatives based on available capacity Requirements: * A solid understanding of the DHL Supply Chain industry is required * Good at multi-tasking and covering multiple projects with very different subjects and stakeholders at the same time. * You can think big, out of the box but at the same time you can be pragmatic so we translate what might look ideal in PowerPoint into what is realistic on the ground with real implementations * A driven, motivated individual who is results and goal-orientated and has a proven track record of delivery * Builds and maintains effective relationships with colleagues on wider screen * Engaging understands requirements; a great communicator at all levels both written and verbal * Be highly analytical and comfortable with reviewing, interpreting, designing and presenting strategy and data * Experience with project management is an advantage * Willingness to travel within cluster (CZ, SK, PL, HU) 10-15% What we can offer? * Real impact on quality of the projects * Great team of professionals * Home office solution * Multicultural environment and great opportunities for career grow * An interesting and challenging job of a successful international group at the Prague * Multicultural environment and great opportunities for career grow * Company car and set of benefits driven by local policies
