This Senior System Support Specialist role in the Digital Workspace Services department provides strong proactive and reactive consultation and support of Windows 10 in Modern Workspace environment.
•Work as technical expert for Modern Workspace systems including Intune, Configuration Manager, co-management, Desktop Analytics and Windows Autopilot.
•Contribute to the design, development and support in order to adopt Modern Workspace tooling according to the technical standards and processes.
•Provide advanced technical expertise for development, technical change management and operations for more than 250k machines worldwide.
•Infrastructure Problem Management - provide 3rd level problem management support for end-user computing back-end infrastructure and Desktop products.
•Participate in global virtual teams with architecture, engineering and operation teams enabling the on-boarding of new product/technologies to improve infrastructure supporting the global strategy.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 – deployment, management, support
•Advanced experience with Microsoft Modern Workspace tools in the large enterprises
•Troubleshooting various issues, diagnose problems in MEM and Microsoft Windows 10
•Scripting skills (preferably MS PowerShell)
•Strong technical and non-technical communication skills both written & spoken (English)
