Senior Application Support Specialist CIAM


About the role:

You are going to be part of the team designing, implementing and supporting global authentication system for most of DHL Express applications. You are going to gain experiences with cloud based solution build with respect to newest technologies.
You are going to contribute by providing consultation, guidance and problem solving expertise with respect to technical issues of infrastructure, design, methods, tools etc to ensure that a robust, maintainable service is provided. Provides critical operational support to all given services..

What you will do:

•Work as 2nd level support for internal applications
•Responsible for testing and release to production
•Supports Incident, Problem and Critical Incident Management as required, prioritizes requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization in accordance with SLAs
•Maintains good working relationships with appropriate internal and external DHL customers
•Provides technical support to users of business applications, using standard ITS processes and procedures
•Maintains and monitors given portfolio of services (applications)
•Plan, execute and support implementations so the applications themselves are deployed with minimal disruption to the production environment and meet established standards. Provides deployment services for area of competence
•Investigate problems and other requests for support and determines appropriate actions
•Liaise with staff responsible for the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems
