We are looking for a top notch Site Support Administration Manager who will provide business data analyzes, insight and guidance to enhance performance and process efficiency of the site.

In this Site Support Administration Manager role:

• You’ll establish and implement continuous monitoring of the strategic planning and operational performance
• You’ll be responsible for long term planning volumes, identify critical volumes and recommend appropriate set of resources
• You’ll lead the customer relationship through close daily contact (explain site results and create actions plans, discuss gain share initiative)
• You’ll develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers
• You’ll cooperate on the site budget creation
• You’ll lead a Statistics analyzes department (4 FTE)
• You’ll play an integral role in partnering with Business Development in the development of commercial pricing proposals
• Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles
• You’ll deliver results

Now, here’s what we need from you:

• Previous experience in Logistics and Supply chain business
• Strong business analytical background
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationship
• Negotiation skills
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language
