IT Service Owner


About the role:

Joining Service Support team as a IT Service owner, you will manage overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of IT service . You will need to ensure that service KPI’s are met.

Your daily work:

• Manage stakeholder’s relationship by communicating with them regularly
• Develop service improvement plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports
• Oversee and manage service requests queue
• Create and maintain configuration management database entries relevant to service
• Manage risks relevant to service
• Participate on Support model updates
• Prepare monthly service review reports
• Utilize IT service management processes and methodologies at all time
• Translate business requirements into support objectives and tasks

You should have:

• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in customer relationship and negotiation skills, in order to define support objectives and quality requirements
• Demonstrated leadership in IT service management and planning activities
• User knowledge of Linux and SQL
