Senior Software Engineer – SAP


About the role:

You will be responsible for taking over sub-tasks independently in SAP HCM projects focusing on PA, PY, PT. You will also develop and implement solutions and enhancements in complex systems focusing on business process analysis, process design and there implementation in SAP PA and PY and will help to develop presentations on problems and results.

You should have:

• University degree with an economical or technical focus, e.g. HR, business administration, business information, informatics or a comparable education
• Longterm experience in the implementation of demanding SAP-development projects
• Good results in SAP HCM programming (ABAP)
• Good IT-knowledge in heterogeneous system landscape, esp. Enterprise SAP HCM architecture (designing, programming and customizing)
• Good know-how in payroll accounting and the willingness to become acquainted with the special features of the German payroll accounting, civil service law and related processes
• Good knowledge of HR-specific processes and their implementation in SAP focusing personnel administration, staff time management, payroll accounting, as well as SAP schemes and cycles
• Will to become acquainted with “Versorgungsadministration” (VADM)
• Fluent language skills in German and English, both verbally and in writing
