Senior Service Delivery Manager for Supply Chain (DSC)


Business Partner Management team is currently looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for the service delivery of a set of IT services towards the Supply Chain business unit (DSC) within Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL), and acts as an interface between IT Services, as an IT provider, and the business unit for Run/Operational services.

• Managing expectations and the relationship between DSC and IT Services for Run services (including senior and executive level stakeholders)
• Negotiating and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Facilitating regular service reviews with business partners
• Responsibility for ITS service delivery towards selected regions of DSC and/ or for global product(s)
• Identification of service improvements and leading service improvements plans (SIP)

• Relevant experience, ideally 2+ years on the similar position
• Strong customer orientation with ability to build trust and long-term relationship
• Good knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL)
• Experienced in driving Service Improvement Plans
• Awareness of business processes within logistics company is nice to have
