PMO Coordinator


About the role:

This is an exciting time to join our PMO team within Infrastructure Programs.
We are looking for a PMO Coordinator who will be supporting a team of Project Managers with process management and administration tasks.

Your work:

Main responsibilities
• Support with developing detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports required by project managers
• Reports in various formats (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
• Track and maintain departmental finances in collaboration with Controlling
• Become an expert on internal tools and processes and help with identification of improvements
• Build a strong working relationship within the organization

Back-up tasks
• Support with sourcing of external contractors/students
• Support with sourcing of internals (onboarding/HW/SW etc.)
• Maintain relationships in the team (organizing team buildings, celebrations)

You should have:

• Analytical thinking
• General interest in working with data, finances
• Advanced English language
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• User knowledge of MS Teams, PowerBI, Sharepoint
• Communication skills
• Focus on detail
• Strong team player
