WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Deliver hands-on trainings for new warehouse employees
- Train current employees (retrain, upskill...)
- Create and update work processes, instructions and guides, participate on SPR´s measuring
- Monitor the performance of employees, monitor the standardization of processes
- Evaluate employees
- Perform various administrative tasks (related to the trainings)
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
- Hands-on experience with training of new / current employees
- High school degree (or better)
- Decent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Reliability, punctuality, communication skills
- Advanced English - daily usage
