I joined DHL four years ago. I started as a courier and after two years I moved to the Customer Services department, where I am currently setting up and supervising special customer projects. My goal is to build a long, successful career at DHL Express.

It was difficult to find a job in my field of adult education. DHL with its international environment seemed like a good starting point for a different career. I joined DHL Express in 2013 as a telesales assistant and after just two years, I was in charge of larger clients whose representatives I could meet in person. I started at DHL Express in 2007 as a Frontline Advisor. I was in charge of customers from all over the world. I was later promoted to a Process Administrator position and then I became an Analyst & Trainer supporting internal applications. Since 2015 I have been managing the Account Desk & Development department where we take care of our top customers and develop the entire customer service experience.
