DHL IT Services works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in data centers and offices on four continents – in North and South America (Mechanicsburg, Westerville and Tempe in the USA, branches in Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil), Europe (Prague in the Czech Republic, Bonn and Darmstadt in Germany), and Asia (Cyberjaya in Malaysia). The Prague office operates the largest data center in the country.

Pavel Táborský

Silvio Amorim

I arrived in Prague a few years ago with an idea I did not want to work in the IT sector as I had experienced a small IT business closedown back in Brazil. Well, never say never. In 2007, I applied for a job at DHL IT Services and I was so impressed by the whole interview process and professionalism that I became a Service Desk Junior Analyst and stepped back into the industry again. And it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.

Since then I was promoted almost every 6 months for a few years, from junior to senior roles and in addition, I enrolled into several professional trainings including university! Currently, I have a Bachelor degree in International Business Management and I’m leading two teams in a multicultural environment, providing 2nd Level Support (RUN) and 3rd Level Support (BUILD) for applications used globally by all DHL employees worldwide.

I have always been inspired by the company culture and the leadership. If you are thinking of professional and personal development, I have no doubts that DHL can provide you with tools and show the directions which will enable you to shape your future.

I started working at DHL IT Services in 2007 as a Desktop Support Analyst. I have come a long way since then. I have gained experience in the technical support of applications and infrastructure, and after some time I moved to a team manager position. Today I‘m a Software Architect in the development team.

I am grateful for the chance to work in IT Services and for the knowledge I have gained here. I really appreciate the fact that with every new project, I learn and experience something new. And most of all I am pleased to have great colleagues.

Veronika Hajná

I have more than 10 years of experience in recruitment. At DHL ITS I am responsible for recruitment of senior management roles and specific recruitment projects within Digital Solutions department (DevOps, AI, Data Lakes, IoT, APIs, Machine Learning). I love travelling and testing new cuisines. Also, I have been learning Spanish, but I am still at a false beginner level.

Marie Nunhardtová

I started in recruitment more than 4 years ago. Joining DHL IT Services gave me a big opportunity to work on various positions from different IT areas. Currently, I am mainly focusing on roles for our Telecoms department as Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Security Engineers, Architects, and Consultants. I am always up for a good coffee and chat about Japan or RPG games.

Lukáš Adam

Despite the fact that I have not been active in the field of HR for a long time, I am a full member of our recruitment team, loving motorbikes and sport and outdoor activities in general. At DHL ITS I have wide portfolio of positons such as Project Manager, Consultant, Software Engineer, Application Engineer, System Support Specialist and DevOps Engineers.

Markéta Hájková

Girl from the mountains and a big fan of all extreme sports – that’s me. In my free time you can always catch me outside, climbing rocks, riding bike or flying on a paraglide. Recruitment is my other passion and I have been working in this field for the last 8 years. Roles in my portfolio consist of Java Developers, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers and Consultants as well as specific roles across Information Security squad.

Dominika Formanová

I started my recruitment journey more than one and half years ago and have learned a lot from my team since then. Besides my job I love to experience new things such as discovering new places and cuisines. In DHL ITS I am mainly responsible for recruitment of Service Desk roles with different languages (mainly Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Finnish and Swedish).
